We want to get our tools in your hands as quickly as possible. So, we work hard to efficiently process and ship your order to you. Here are the details:

  • Standard shipping to your home or business is based on your location. Your order should be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days and will be shipped via standard ground delivery. Some exceptions may apply.

  • 2nd Day Air shipping is available in some cases. Expedited shipping is processed after your credit card has been approved. Expedited orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days and will ship using UPS 2nd Day Air, some exceptions may apply.

  • You will receive an email when you order ships that will include a tracking number.  Please refer to that tracking link to see when your package will arrive from the carrier.  

  • We do accept orders from the United States, Canada and Mexico.  We do not accept orders or ship product outside these areas.

Our Returns Policy

Meraki Floral Tool products are produced with quality and integrity.

If you feel the need to return an item you have purchased on our website, please contact customer service at customerservice@merakifloraltools.com. Merchandise returned for a refund must be in new, unused condition.

Please note the following:

  • Offer valid for products returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.

  • Offer valid for items purchased on merakifloraltools.com.

  • Merchandise returned for a refund must be complete, in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

  • Items returned with a value of $250 or more may be subject to a restocking fee of $25, at Meraki Floral Tools discretion.
